Products and Handcrafted Variations

Coyote Wood products are handcrafted, and many are made from natural wood and other natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, figure, knots, mineral streaks, texture, and other natural characteristics are expected and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, descriptions, and dimensions. Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to natural materials, lighting, photography, and differences between displays.

Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, commissioned, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, dimensions, personalization, materials, or other details when approval is requested before production.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, specially commissioned, or otherwise modified products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced by Coyote Wood.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, supply availability, and other circumstances outside Coyote Wood's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 14-day return period for eligible non-custom products.

Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for following any care and use instructions provided with a product or published by Coyote Wood.

Because wood is a natural material, exposure to excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, extreme temperature changes, or improper cleaning and storage can affect a product over time.

Coyote Wood is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and aging.

Intellectual Property

The content of coyotewood.com, including original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, branding, and other materials created by Coyote Wood, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
