Coyote Wood products are handcrafted and carefully packaged for shipment from our workshop in Westerville, Ohio.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available for $8.00 per order. Orders totaling $120.00 or more qualify for free Standard shipping.

Express shipping is available for $15.00 per order.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing Times

Because many Coyote Wood products are handcrafted, processing times may vary by item. Estimated processing or production times, when applicable, will be provided on the individual product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated carrier delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Coyote Wood's control may affect actual delivery times.

At this time, Coyote Wood primarily ships within the United States. If you are interested in shipping to a location not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact Coyote Wood as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
