Coyote Wood began with a simple belief: the things we use every day should be made well and made to last.
From our Ohio workshop, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted in small batches. We use professional shop tools for precision and consistency, but every item is carefully assembled, sanded, and finished by hand. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is mass produced. Just steady, intentional work.
We’re drawn to solid hardwoods — walnut, white oak, cherry, and other carefully selected species — choosing boards for their grain, character, and natural beauty. Wood moves, changes, and tells its own story over time. Our goal is to shape it in a way that honors that story rather than hiding it.
Coyote Wood focuses on functional pieces with quiet presence: cutting boards built for real kitchens, incense houses that bring calm to a room, and small handcrafted gifts meant to be used, not just displayed.
At its core, this is simple craftsmanship — practical objects, natural materials, and attention to detail.
Thank you for supporting small-batch work and for inviting our pieces into your home.
